Security is important to us. If you believe you’ve discovered a security vulnerability in Persona, please let us know at help@yourpersona.com.

Please include a description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, and any information that may help us investigate.

Eligible vulnerabilities may receive rewards of up to $10,000. Rewards are determined by Persona based on the severity and impact of the vulnerability and the quality of the report.

We welcome good-faith security research. Please respect user privacy, avoid unnecessary disruption or access to data, and give us a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before publicly disclosing it. Persona will not pursue legal action against researchers for good-faith security research conducted in accordance with these guidelines.
